Great idea but too basic!

I downloaded the app on Feb 20, after the Feb 17 "upgrade", and Favorites still does not work. Have sent an email to customer service (the only way to contact them) and have not received a response. Also sent a Facebook message but no response to that either. So customer service is nonexistent. The other main problem is that there is not an easy way to filter the events. Searching for your tournament every single time is annoying!! Way better scoring apps out there so I dont even bother with the very basic one on this app. This app is a great idea but its so "basic" that its really not useful.
